Reception & Administration Staff

As recommended by the Welsh Government all staff have undertaken Care Navigation training, so will ask details on why you are calling to assist with triaging and may sign post you to the most appropriate service for the issue you have.

The reception staff are there to help everyone. Please remember emergencies do occur and must be dealt with accordingly. It may be you who needs the extra service. Please remember that the receptionists are only carrying out the doctor's instructions.

The administrative team deal with the emails from patients, clinical letters from hospitals, referrals and keep our records up to date.
