Temporary Pause on New Private Work Requests

Due to ongoing service pressures and increased demand for NHS services, Roath House Surgery is temporarily unable to accept new requests for private (non-NHS) work.

This includes requests such as private medical letters, insurance reports and forms, fitness to travel certificates, occupational health documentation, solicitor reports, and other non-NHS medical certificates or reports.

Requests that have already been submitted before this notice will continue to be processed.

This temporary pause does not affect requests that we are legally required to provide. Subject Access Requests (SARs) for medical records, requests made under data protection legislation, and any other statutory obligations will continue to be processed as normal.

This temporary measure will help ensure that our clinical and administrative resources remain focused on providing safe and timely NHS care for our patients.

We understand this may be disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience. The situation will be reviewed regularly and this page will be updated when we are able to resume accepting new private work requests.
