Our admin team are on hand to deal with a number of different digital requests. All requests must include your name and date of birth.
Our admin team are here 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, any requests outside of this time will be dealt with as soon as possible upon their return.
Sick notes are emailed to patients when the team have availability, if you require this more urgently you are welcome to collect this from the surgery.
Blood test results can be requested, although a GP may need to approve their release as the team is not clinically trained and therefore cannot determine if the results are potentially harmful. Please allow 48 hours for the release of results.
