Phlebotomy (blood test) appointments
We offer phlebotomy appointments for blood tests Monday and Wednesday 8:30am to 12pm and Thursday and Friday 8:30-10:30am. These appointments are bookable by calling on 02920 461 100.
We ask that all patients booked in have either been asked to have these bloods done by a GP in the surgery (the forms will be held in surgery) or have a blood form from the hospital.
If you have not got a blood form we ask that you provide us with a letter stating which blood tests are required no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
